The NHL Ottawa Senators organization is proud to welcome back for its 17th season the Annual Ottawa Senators U18 Showcase Tournament, presented by the HEO U18 AAA Hockey League. Headquartered out of the Bell Sensplex and Richcraft Sensplex, the premier facilities in the National Capital Region, the extremely organized nature of this event will ensure your experience is second to none. Teams will play on one of our NHL or International-sized surfaces, while spectators can take in all the action from Stanley’s Restaurant, which overlooks the action below on several pads in both Sensplex facilities. This HEO Minor sanctioned tournament has established itself as one of the premier U18 AAA tournaments anywhere, attracting teams from a wide variety of leagues in Canada and the United States.

While the Bell Sensplex and Richcraft Sensplex facilities are the headquarters for this event, some teams may play games at other local facilities.

Format:
All round-robin, quarterfinal and semi-final games will consist of 1 x 12, 2 x 15-minute stop time periods with a FLOOD after every two (2) playing periods. The Championship Game will consist of 2 x 15 and 1 x 20-minute stop time periods, including a FLOOD between the 2nd and 3rd period.
All out of town teams must be prepared to play at 8am, on Friday, Oct 14. HEO (local) teams may be required to play their first game on Thursday, Oct 13. Out of town teams may have the option to play one of their 4 round-robin games on Thursday.
