With nine ice surfaces across three world-class facilities, the Sensplex is Ottawa’s top destination for ice rentals.
Whether you’re organizing a practice, game, or recreational skate, our professional facilities are ready to host your group.
During the peak season (September to April), the majority of prime-time ice is allocated to local minor sports organizations, including hockey, ringette, speed skating, and figure skating. Some prime-time hours become available throughout the season, while non-prime hours (weekdays 6 a.m.–4 p.m. and nightly 11 p.m.–12 a.m.) offer regular availability.

Ice bookings can be booked directly through our online portal or by connecting with a member of our sales team.
All ice rentals must include liability insurance. You may purchase coverage through the Sensplex or a third-party provider. If using third-party insurance, please ensure that Capital Sports Management (CSMI) and Ottawa Community Ice Partners (OCIP) are listed as Additional Insured.
Once a rental is paid and confirmed, it is considered final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted.
