Our high-intensity 3 session program is designed to get players and goalies of all skill levels in peak form prior to the start of the season. Our camps are available at all three of our state-of-the-art facilities, the Bell Sensplex, Cavanagh Sensplex and Richcraft Sensplex.

Great value! With the option to purchase a single event at the price of $35 ($25 at our Cavanagh location), a 2 event pack at the price of $70 or a 3 event pack at just $96(Cavanagh which will feature an additional 4th session)!
These camps are for both male and female minor hockey players entering U7 to U18 this upcoming season. They will feature high-ratio conditioning drills to provide players with an opportunity to prepare for the upcoming season. Please note that each ice session is intended to provide an opportunity for hockey conditioning and will not feature a significant portion of skill development instruction. Goalies will not receive individual instruction but will face a ton of shots!
