• This development program has been designed to allow players to work on their individual skills and tactics in game-like settings, and will feature a brief instructor-led dynamic warm-up each week. Warm-up drills will provide an opportunity for skill development and ensure that all players are ready to display maximum effort from the first possession of their scrimmage.
