Jamie Smith
Head Coach (2009 Black) – SSHD AAA
The Senators Spring AAA Hockey Development Club is excited to welcome Jamie Smith to the coaching staff. Currently residing in the Orleans area, Jamie is a massive addition to the spring program with his long-standing ties to the local hockey community.
Jamie is a Hockey Canada High Performance coach with a wealth of coaching knowledge and experience, having been coaching for over 10 years. Since 2017, he has been a Head Coach within the Ottawa Jr. 67’s organization, coaching their U13 AAA hockey team this past season, and is currently the Director of Development for the Gloucester Rangers, working to develop players and coaches within the association. Along with coaching, Jamie has been a scout for the Ottawa Jr. Senators since he joined the organization in 2017 and has made major contributions to their long-running success in the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL).
