The Essential Skills program is designed to hone the all-around skills needed to thrive in the game of hockey. Sessions will focus on the four core skills required to play the game; skating, shooting, passing and puck control. The program will progress from covering proper skating habits to putting pucks on sticks working on proper methods of stick-handling, shooting and passing.
This program is currently not running, stay tuned for future dates!
All of our hockey programs require full equipment to be provided by the parent/guardian. No child shall participate without: Hockey skates, CSA- approved helmet (with cage), neck guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey pants, jock or jill, shin pads, hockey gloves and a hockey stick. Mouth guards are optional.
