FORWARD – Elite Positional Training

Develop the skills & learn the individual tactics needed to be an offensive threat, with 1 hour of on-ice skill development.

The FWD Elite Positional Training will feature the following:

  • The program will begin with skating and then quickly progress to development of the skills and individual tactics needed to excel in offensive situations.
  • Includes work on puck movement, puck protection, passing, evasive skating techniques, deception, zone entries, puck cycling, separation from the wall, shot selection, shooting to score, one-timers and much more.

DEFENSE – Elite Positional Training

Develop into a top defender with 1 hour of on-ice skill development, in a program that will hone the key skills and individual tactics needed to succeed at a competitive level this season. 

The Defense Elite Positional Training will feature the following:

  • The program will begin with skating instruction and then quickly progress to development of the skills and individual tactics needed to successfully play defense.
  • Includes work on evasive skating, footwork, puck handling, puck retrievals, passing, techniques to escape pressure, puck protection, stick checks, puck support, quick shots, one-timers, keep-ins, and much more.

  • Skill Level Requirement: This program is restricted to Tier I & II players.


Single Session ($65) – Ability to select a single date that fits your schedule. *When choosing this option, please select the Single Session option for the date you want.

5-Pack ($45 per session)– Ability to select 5 dates or more at a reduced rate. *When choosing this option, please select the 5 SESSION PACK option for the dates you want.

With many Tier I & II players having hectic hockey schedules, players will now have the ability to pick dates that best fit their schedule.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

EQUIPMENT

All of our hockey programs require full equipment to be provided by the parent/guardian. No child shall participate without: Hockey skates, CSA- approved helmet (with cage), neck guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey pants, jock or jill, shin pads, hockey gloves and a hockey stick. Mouth guards are optional.
