The Ottawa Senators Summer Adult Hockey League (OSAHL) continues to be the Ottawa area’s finest, providing members with a chance to play at the Ottawa-Gatineau region’s best facilities, the Richcraft Sensplex (East League) and the Bell Sensplex (West League). Offering men’s and women’s divisions for all calibres, teams will have the opportunity to play in the level that it best fits. Whether you are a new or returning OSAHL team, we’re confident you’ll find your experience to be quite simply, the BEST!

The Sensplex facilities continue to be industry leaders in safe recreation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants in this league can rest assured that they are playing in the safest environment possible for hockey. While league games are played 5-on-5, some modifications are in place on the ice, such as increased distancing for faceoffs, a zero tolerance policy for unnecessary contact, and penalties served on team benches rather than the penalty box. Before entering the facility, every guest is subject to COVID screening questions, and all areas accessible to the public are sanitized often, including dressing rooms and player benches.

  • Top Division – limit of 4 x Senior AA and 2 x Senior AAA players per team
  • Other Divisions – no Senior A/AA/AAA players permitted
