The Ottawa Senators Adult Hockey League (OSAHL) is thrilled to be back for another amazing summer season! The League continues to be Ottawa’s finest, providing members with a chance to play at the city’s best facilities, Bell Sensplex (West League) and Richcraft Sensplex (East League). With many 19+, 30+, and women’s divisions, teams will have the opportunity to play at the level of their choice. Whether you are a new or returning OSAHL team, we’re confident you’ll find your experience to be the BEST!
Headquartered at Ottawa’s top recreational facilities, the Bell Sensplex in Kanata (WEST league), and the Richcraft Sensplex in Gloucester (EAST league).

Referee Feedback Form: Aimed at improving the communication between league representatives, Team Reps and Referees, filling out this forms allows Team Reps to provide detailed feedback on their past officiating experience. Positive reviews of officials are encouraged!
Team Jerseys
Returning this season, all OSAHL teams must have two uniquely coloured (dark/light) sets of team jerseys (including numbers on the back of the jersey). This allows for more accurate stat collection, and avoids jersey conflicts and the use of shared spare jerseys.
League Cost
Team Registration fees are based on a 19 game season. Teams will have the option to pick between two payment types; full payment or or two installments.

$500 deposit (due at registration)

$2,427.50 installment 1 (due April 1)

$150 Team Bond
Required for all new teams or returning teams that do not have a qualifying bond from a pervious season.

Not to worry! League representatives are putting together teams of individuals so you don’t have to worry about missing out on this great league! For just $477.73 (including HST), individuals can take part in the OSAHL and are privy to the same great features as all our teams. Follow the link below to reserve your spot.

League Format and Rules
All games will be played 5-on-5 with potential rule modifications. More information on the final league rules will be provided prior to the start of the season, but expect the standard rules of hockey.
There are no limit on roster sizes, or the use of spares beyond the usual OSAHL rules. All players must be logged on the game sheet prior to the start of the game to be active.
Each game will consist of two 23-minute run time periods, with two (2) minute warmup and one (1) minute halftime.
This league will feature four (4) separate divisions: Co-ed 19+, Co-ed 35+, Co-ed 50+ and Women’s
18+Division teams must include player sonly over 18 years of age.
35+ Division teams must included players age 35 and over with the following exceptions
Goalies must be over 30 years of age.
One spare per game under 35 (but over 30) may be used, as long as they are consistent with the caliber of team and division in which they are playing.
50+ Division teams must included players age 50 and over with the following exceptions
Goalies must be over 45 years of age.
One spare per game under 50 (but over 45) may be used, as long as they are consistent with the caliber of team and division in which they are playing.
Women’s team must feature female players.
Prior to the start of the season, teams will be played in divisions based on past seasons, and current rosters. There will be multiple divisions based on skill for each sub-division above (Co-ed 18+, Co-ed 35+, Co-ed 50+, and Women’s). After the exhibition season, divisions may be modified should exhibition results make this necessary.
