Weekend 1 of the annual Capital House League Showdown is presented by the Cumberland Dukes and will be headquartered at the state-of-the-art four-arena Richcraft Sensplex. The event will be facilitated by the experienced tournaments staff at Richcraft Sensplex, with skills competitions executed by the pros of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs. Events at the Sensplex routinely fill up fast and feature extensive waiting lists annually. Apply now to guarantee your team the best opportunity for acceptance.
This year’s event will run as a jamboree with half ice scrimmages, as mandated by Hockey Canada. Each team will be on the ice four times, with the breakdown as below:
U9 House A: – 2 half-ice scrimmages and 2 skills competitions (including a “championship” final skills competition)
U9 House B and C – 3 half-ice scrimmages and 1 skills competition

The Richcraft Sensplex is the headquarters for this tournament, however teams may play games at other local facilities.

Please note that ticket sales will be limited and sold on a first come first serve basis to accommodate tournament scheduling needs.
