Design – Proper design is critical in order to ensure long-term efficient operation of a recreational facility. CSMI brings its unique operational perspective and expertise to the design process. Facility operators from buildings such as the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, MB have sought the assistance and guidance from CSMI personnel during their design phase.

“The staff at Capital Sports Management have provided tremendous insight and information that has proven to be extremely valuable in the construction of the MTS Iceplex and in the development of our various programs. We are very fortunate for the great support and advice we have received from the team at CSMI!”

Development – CSMI has successfully completed three recreation facility P3 agreements and understands what is required in order to take a project from the conception stage to successful construction and operation. The success of a community based recreation facility is defined by the strength of the partnership between the facility operator and its community user groups. We understand the importance of developing and nurturing these relationships and working with the community users in order to meet their diverse needs and expectations

Financing – Large scale projects such as multi-pad arenas require innovative financing solutions which spread risk fairly across to all stakeholders. CSMI has demonstrated expertise in this critical aspect of facility construction and viability.

Long term management – CSMI is currently engaged in multiple long term management arrangements. Among our facility management specialties include maintenance and repair, facility bookings, contract management and payment services, food and beverage services, tenant leasing, advertising sales and programming. Not all facilities are made equally. Let CSMI discuss the various management agreement models which make the most economic and operational sense for your needs.
