Teams will participate in a combination of half-ice scrimmage style games (no scores kept) and competitive skills competitions. The half-ice scimmages will be played on NHL sized ice surfaces split into two, using our pro-style rinkboard dividers. The winning teams of each division’s skills competition will receive medals and trophies which teams have come to know and love at Sensplex events. While Hockey Canada’s guidelines do not permit scores to be kept in games, our competitive skills competitions will feature a scoring system, and many events designed to reward exceptional skills. The combination of scrimmages and skills competitions will be as follows:

Tier 1 (Competitive) – 3 scrimmages, 2 skills competitions

Tier 2 (House A) – 2 scrimmages, 2 skill competitions

Tiers 3 (House B) and 4 (House C) – 3 scrimmages, 1 skills competition
