The 17^th Annual edition of the Capital Fall Classic presented by the Ottawa Valley Silver Seven will be headquartered at the state-of-the-art Bell Sensplex, where parents can enjoy the action from the comfort of Stanley’s Restaurant above two of our four ice surfaces. Year after year this tournament features some of the best and most diverse competition available at the AA (tier II) tournament level (Tier I at U10), regularly featuring an extensive waiting list at many divisions.

The Capital Fall Classic is pleased to guarantee a four-game minimum for all teams and aims to provide teams with their best tournament experience of the season.

 The Bell Sensplex features plenty to compliment the action on the ice, including:

The Bell Sensplex is the headquarters for this tournament; however, teams may play games at other local facilities.
 
Hudson Travel Group is the exclusive travel partner for all tournaments hosted by the Bell Sensplex. Booking with them is a mandatory condition of acceptance for all out of town teams. We are proud to offer a special tournament participant rate to the Ottawa Senators game on October 20th at 7pm vs Washington Capitals or October 22nd at 4pm vs Arizona Coyotes. Interested teams must book with Ottawa Senators group sales account manager Matt Haddad at [email protected] or by phone at 613-295-2518. Tournament scheduling will accommodate those group tickets purchased through these official channels. Please note that ticket sales will be limited and sold on a first come first serve basis to accommodate tournament scheduling needs. Some divisions may not be able to attend Saturday games (due to possible playoff matchups). Those divisions will be posted at a later date.

Cost

U10 (2013): $1592.92 + HST ($1,800.00 in Total)

U12 (2011): $1592.92 + HST ($1,800.00 in Total)

U14 (2009): $1,703.54 + HST ($1,925.00 in Total)

U16 (2007): $1814.16 + HST ($2,050.00 in Total)

 Format: 

Teams will play a minimum of four games, followed by playoff rounds for those who qualify.
Period Lengths: U10: 3 x 12-minute stop time; U12 & U14: 2 x 12, 1 x 15-minute stop time; U16: 1 x 12, 2 x 15 minute stop time with a flood mid-game (every two periods). Body checking will be permitted at the U14 & U16 levels.

Teams must be prepared to play as early as 8:00am on Friday, October 21st.
