Advanced players can use the day off school to have fun and improve their skills with our morning and/or afternoon Power Edge Pro extra long (75 minute) sessions.

Power Edge Pro is an on-ice player development system utilizing propriety equipment and training patterns. The system focuses on Reactive Countering Training; engaging multiple motor skills simultaneously to develop a player’s performance. All patterns are completed while maintaining puck control and are designed to provide 5x as many repetitions as standard drill based practices, leading to faster development of elite skills. Each PEP session will focus on reinforcing proper puck control mechanics and body position for each player with added resistance from PEP training systems.

Key details

  • Novice to Bantam (2005 – 2011)
  • For advanced players capable of being pushed through challenging drills, circuits, and game-like scenarios requiring an advanced skillset to execute
  • Must play at a competitive or house ‘A’ level
  • Cost: $50 for extended length (1.25 hour) morning OR afternoon single sessions / $80 for both morning & afternoon sessions (select “PD Day PEP Doubleheader” registration option)

Note: ALL sessions (including PEP Elite, Advanced, and Open) will be run to accommodate even the most advanced players. Each session will see players grouped by ability and they may progress at different rates within the same ice surface.
