Looking for the Little Sens Learn To Play program? You are in the right place!

Starting January 2020 the Little Sens Learn To Play program will be transitioning to the Ottawa Senators First Shift program. Participants will continue to receive all the benefits associated with the Little Sens Learn To Play program under the Senators First Shift banner at the same price including 10 weeks of on ice instruction, head to toe equipment and visit from Senators alumni.

Program Details

  • Each participant receives head to toe Ottawa Senators First Shift equipment (view image)
    • Helmet, skates, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, pants, shin pads, jock/jill, neck guard, socks and a jersey.
    • Visit by a Senators alumni
    • Open to children born from 2009 to 2015 who have not previously registered in minor hockey through HEO, Hockey Outaouais or ODWHA
  • Each registration includes six (6) weeks of development as part of the First Shift Program and priority access to an additional four (4) weeks as part of the Second Shift Program.
  • Cost: $259 (First & Second Shift ALL IN)

Registration Information

Participants will incur an initial cost of $199 for the first six weeks of the program through the Senators First Shift website. Participants are strongly encouraged to continue their child’s development for an additional four weeks of instruction at a cost of $60 directly with the Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs.

Ottawa Senators First Shift is open to boys and girls, between the ages of 4 and 10 years old*, who have never previously enrolled in minor hockey within Canada.
