Develop the ability to shoot with accuracy, quickness and power, the confidence to maintain and control the puck in every game situation, and the stick-handling techniques needed to take your game to the next level. This program is open to players of all abilities.

This program will equip players with the skill set needed to excel with the puck on their stick, regardless of the setting. This program is available at both the Richcraft and Bell Sensplex.

Combining elements of our sold out Shooting & Puck Control Summer Hockey Camp, as well as our Shoot to Score and Puck Possession specialty clinics, our qualified Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs instructors bring a wealth of experience teaching the skills needed to develop well-rounded puck skills.

While on the ice players will learn the basics of the wrist shot, snap shot, slap shot (age appropriate) and the back hand shot. Drills and stations will focus on puck control, dekes and skating with speed, as well as the proper body positioning needed to protect the puck at all times.

Instruction will be delivered in both small group and full ice settings. Small groups will be used to provide specific technique teaching, while full ice drills will be used to evaluate and check the progress of all participants.
