Ottawa Senators Summer Hockey Camps
The Ottawa Senators Summer Hockey Camps presented by Canadian Tire provide game-changing instruction, in a fun and supportive atmosphere designed to develop skills and improve each player's enjoyment of the game.
With 69 camps to choose from at three state-of-the-art facilities (the Bell Sensplex, Richcraft Sensplex, and Cavanagh Sensplex), we offer options for every player (elite, competitive, recreational, or beginner) anywhere in the city.
Our summer hockey camp lineup features something for male & female players of all ages and abilities. Whether your son or daughter wants to hone advanced-level skills in our Elite Camp Player Camp, develop game-changing skills in our Complete Player Development Camp, or work on the fundamental skills needed to play our great game in the Intro 2 Hockey camp, we're proud to offer a camp that will help him or her enjoy hockey more than ever.

Note: Full-day camps are approximately 8.5 hours in length, while half-day camps will run for approximately 4.5 hours. The exact start and end times and duration will vary by camp.

Lunch Plan Option
Participants in all full-day camps have the option of purchasing a quality lunch plan provided by Stanley’s Fresh Grill at the Bell Sensplex, Richcraft Sensplex, or Cavanagh Sensplex at a cost of $12 per day including taxes and gratuities ($12/day or $60/week all-in). Please note that lunch is not included in the cost of any summer hockey camp. Participants may pack their own lunch; though please note that our camps are a nut-free environment.

Girls Only Competitive Camp
Designed to challenge female competitive players, in order to help them achieve their maximum potential for excellence on the ice. The camp focuses on advanced individual skills and game tactics during three hours of intense daily on-ice instruction.
Take control of your edges in an on-ice only camp that breaks down the fundamental components of skating efficiency, power, balance, and agility, combined with advanced hockey-specific station work that will enhance the skills of any player.
Elite Player Camp (Bantam-Midget)
An advanced and rigorous program featuring high-tempo ice sessions packed with station work to hone skills through immediate error detection and correction, and flow drills to get players in mid-season shape. Designed to push elite-level players to their limits.
Develop the skills, tactics, and confidence needed to compete hard on every shift, in all areas of the ice. Includes instruction designed to help players understand their strengths & weaknesses, win battles, improve their body positioning, and increase their competitiveness.
IP Fundamentals Half-Day Camp
Dedicated to teaching the foundational skills needed by every hockey player. Our qualified instructors will correct and properly demonstrate each skill in a fun and comfortable learning environment, designed to hone the skills needed to enjoy hockey in the upcoming season.
Offensive Skills and Tactics Camp
Develop the skills & learn the tactics needed to be an offensive threat, with three hours of daily on-ice skill development. Includes work on 1-on-1s, 2-on-1s, and 3-on-2s, offensive zone positioning, puck movement, puck cycling, quick shots, one-timers, shooting to score and much more.
Defensive Skills and Tactics Camp
Develop into a dominant defender with three hours of daily on-ice skill development, in a camp that will hone the key skills and tactics needed to succeed at a competitive level in the upcoming season.
Performance & Power Skating Camp
Designed to push participants to become more efficient and powerful skaters, in a full-day camp format that will challenge players of all abilities. Participants will work on work on mastering all four edges, as well as developing their balance, forward stride, backward stride, quick starts, agility and crossovers.
Girls Only Camp
Develop the skills needed to enjoy hockey more than ever, in a full-day, girls-only setting featuring three hours of daily on-ice skill development.
Elite Player Camp (Atom-Peewee)
An advanced and rigorous program featuring high-tempo ice sessions packed with station work to hone skills through error detection and correction, and flow drills to get players in mid-season shape. Designed to push elite-level players to their limits.
Competitive Player Camp
Hone advanced-level skills in a camp designed to challenge competitive players, in order to help them achieve their potential for excellence on the ice. During three hours of daily on-ice skill development, our elite instructors will push players to develop their skills through immediate error detection and correction.
Bantam & Midget Half-Day Camp
Shake off the rust and have a blast on the ice with a half-day camp designed to be challenging and enjoyable for any Bantam or Midget player.
Sens Goalie Camp by Rick Wamsley
Hone the skills needed to be a great goaltender in a half-day camp led by former Ottawa Senators Goaltending Coach Rick Wamsley. Both competitive and recreational groups are available.
Modified Goalie Camp
Hone the skills needed to thrive this season, with a camp that focuses on all aspects of modern goaltending technique, including puck handling, defending wraparounds, screen shots, deflections, breakaways, positioning, recovery, and more.
Complete Player Development Camp
Become a better all-around player with three hours of daily ice time in a full-day camp format. This camp will teach proper skating habits - designed to make you a more powerful and efficient skater - while also giving you thorough instruction on the proper methods of stick-handling, puck control, shooting, and passing.
Shooting & Puck Control Camp
Develop the ability to shoot with accuracy, quickness and power, the confidence to control the puck in every situation, and the stick-handling techniques needed to take your game to the next level.
This camp combines two great sports and features some of the region’s top instructors for both hockey and golf. Perfect your skating stride and your swing in a fun, supportive atmosphere!
