IP Fundamentals Half Day Summer Camp 

The best way to prepare your little hockey player for the upcoming season! This Camp is dedicated to teaching the foundational skills needed by all hockey players. Alongside our expert on ice instruction, campers will participate in off ice multi-sport activities and fun mini-games!

KEY DETAILS

The IP Fundamentals Half Day Camp will feature:

• 75 Minutes per day of on-ice skill development and will run between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Specific schedules will be released 2 weeks prior to camp.
• The core focus of the camp is to emphasis on proper skating technique, as players will work on developing the basics strong and efficient skating stride and improving their balance and agility. 
• Over the course of the week, lessons will include forward and backwards stride, starts & stops, crossovers, and tight turns. Instructors will also introduce the key concepts of passing, shooting, and puck control, for well-rounded development.
• Off-ice development will include multi-sport activities, conditioning and off-ice puck hockey development.  
• Instruction designed to increase confidence and enjoyment of hockey, while getting each player ready to advance to the next level in the upcoming season.

Please note that we will have at least one bilingual instructor with each camp group at the Richcraft Sensplex to accommodate all participants.
